Valentine's Event
Hi everyone,
I was thinking of putting together a little Valentine's event, since the 14th is coming up. I'll do the writeup, but here are the ideas so far:
* Another GLaDOS experiment, much like this one, forces the crew to show affection for another or be imprisoned FOREVER EVER EVER
* Basically a version of Zanthi Fever, wherein the romantic feelings between a couple inadvertently spreads psychically to infect the rest of the crew and make them infatuated with each other. Oops.
Both would be opt-in events, and other ideas are welcome too.

What kind of Valentine's event would you like to see?
Re: GLaDOS
As GLaDOS seems to have a strong lead as an idea of a thing that should happen, two things.
1) Should it be everybody has to kiss someone in order to get free again, or should we shake things up?
2) Does anyone want to have a character in GLaDOS's office hours post accidentally (or on purpose I guess if they feel like being a troll) give her some kind of encouragement to do this thing? :P
This is Will, I'm too lazy to switch journals
ruthlessly passive-aggressivesinging telegrams, or valentines e-cards on the network or maybe secretly arranging blind dates? She can be doing this because clearly there are members of the crew who need more love in their life so she will hook them with people her database deems "compatible."And if you go the blind-date route, you can mix that in with a thread lottery for maximum hilarity?

...granted that can also lead to a lot of awkward-depressing stuff, but...

Re: GLaDOS
As someone said, sending mopey people in blind dates with someone supposedly 'compatible' could be hilarious. Especially if the test is based on the saying 'opposites attract'.
But at the same time, would characters already in a relationship/are supposed to end up with someone on board because it's canon, be able to participate? I'd like to throw Barbara at this, but in canon she ends up with Ian Chesterton (even though they're just friends now).
