I see the skill-outclassing as a common issue. With so many characters with such a wide skillset, it's bound to happen across the board that there's a 'best of the best' group in each category and everyone else feels sidelined.
Would it be feasible to include more targets---so many that the 'best' ones can't handle it all? Or that they're out of commission in some plots?
That waiting issue is definitely a big one, and I hope it's addressed.
