Oh, durr, should have explained that. Rei is mostly human, but slowly turning into a dragon-type time Guardian thingy. Right now he's got a few non-human features, such as pointy ears, forked tongue, etc. Eventually he's going to grow horns, and he already knows that they'll be kind of boring and black and coming from his forehead and will think Tavros' are totally awesome and colorful.
