This guy here is Dearka Elsman. Look at him. Just look at him. ~~After I finish making icons.~~ Would you be able to tell he's the most awesome background character you've ever seen in an anime? Probably not but he really is. And he's like BFF with Yzak but that's not really all that important because DEARKA, man.

Oh yeah, he used to pilot a Gundam but then they had this treaty that said "Unless you're Lacus Clyne, you can't have Gundams" so now he pilots a ZAKU.

I ALWAYS REC IT. But I am a sucker for dramatic happenings in space with mechs (though they are kind of the shadow of the BIG MONSTER RACE that do most of the fighting but they are still there) and BATTLE and giant bugs (which is why T9 is perfect for the cast :'D) and gorgeous music. It has a pretty awesome story and though at some points it drags a little bit (mostly battle-wise, but the battles are still COOL) overall I loved it and it has such a great cast.
