When I get it up and running, hopefully this is something the Friendship Department or whatever it ends up being called for real can be used to help with. Since the basic idea is that it's a group of people on the ship who regularly organise social events - the way I figure it, if every person in the group organises some kind of social event every once in a while, we can get a decent number of regular events all up without the burden being on any one person too much. It won't help for things like the mistletoe event though XD
