Re: diff journal

Yeah, but there were no missions yet. There was a lot that was still restricted and that players couldn't do and it still didn't stagnate and kept going. There's enough of a core player base that isn't leaving anytime soon that we probably have two years in the bag, no matter how you look at it. Also, now that Karl and I are done school and have more time to push the over-arching plot, it's going to get more work-intensive and intense as it builds up to the end run. That's something Karl and I have been repeating over and over but no one seems to be listening to the people that actually have to organize and run it.

It's essentially going to be a handful of a people GMing for 80 to 100. That's a LOT of people to GM for as is.

Though I'm actually a little wary about the mods not putting it up for vote, because I thought they were doing a vote and I think that'd be more fair, ultimately the option they've chosen isn't going to hurt us that badly and is a good compromise between total shut down and letting the game continually expand.

I do actually agree with having one more open app period too, though. Since it is getting that restrictive, everyone should get a chance to app in who they want and invite in who they want before it closes down.
