Mm, I still think that the char/player dynamics have changed enough between last time and this time that we don't need to be so restrictive, and I agree with Dragon that two years is too long a time to cut it off like this (so agree to disagree on that one). I do sympathise with the struggle between moving the game forward and fulfilling all the RL obligations, though, and I hope bringing it more plot helpers will alleviate it.

But I'm bothered by the lack of vote too; I think it should still be up for discussion like the moving discussion and council number since I'm not the only one who disagrees with what they've laid out.
