Now speaking as I have only one person in Magical (And she technically isn't a 'magic' user. She's Psychic.) I agree with the fact that there isn't really anything magical in any form that the department really deals with much if ever.

Now on the other hand Magic is kinda tricky to deal with, especially how it relates to Stacy. There's very different ideas of magic throughout the different canons and characters. I'm not real certain how to help with this problem as Sabrina isn't really 'magicy'.
