Thinking that led me to think, why just the Magical people? Why aren't the technological people and the magical people working together to combine their talents? (Like, Ronnae's teleporter pads would be more engineering than magical.) Combining the two ought to achieve more than keeping them separate.

But that promised to be so large as to be infeasible, which is where I came up with the department support groups. So a little track of my thought process there. ^.^
