Ah, I see! It would be good to have more inter-department stuff, but that can be tricky to organise, definitely.

Still, even if brainstorming meetings wouldn't work cross-department, it could still be good to do for the department? (and who knows, maybe we could have it that someone outside the department can still come in and watch/suggest something, or ask for potential solutions)
