Naah, what happened was that Indigo temporarily gained control, but Brainiac was gaining control before Shift killed her.

I'm perfectly willing to go one way or the other, I just had it pointed out to me that most characters were before Indigo went all evil roboty. This is just one idea that came up, I didn't even know Stacy could pull that kind of stunt. If it's gonna be a problem, then by all means, we can ignore that.

Indigo herself is taken before the entire mess starts, because if I took her after, she'd be nigh unplayable.
