Dragon has decided a crazy book and a crazy wizard are not enough torture for you all.
Therefore, I have chosen to inflict upon you all a HORRIBLE WEREWOLF who also taught Defense Against the Dark Arts for a year.

It'll be awesome having him on the ship, though!

Will there be some equivalent of the potion he takes to help him cope, or are we all screwed at the full moon, or is there no moon cycle on Stacy?
Don't answer if you want it to be a surprise, I'm just curious.

I interpret it as requiring an actual moon, so everyone is fine unless he accidentally walks into a glorious full-moonlit night in a Sensorium at some point. He'll be thrilled.

(And welcome to the game BTW.)

Long answer: I'm actually interpreting (or really, choosing to interpret) this as requiring a great deal more than "a moon is a natural satellite of a planet" sort of thing. The concept of "moon" as it relates to magic, wizardry, and the lycanthropic curse relates much more the the moon-as-myth than moon-as-fact. The Earth's moon counts because it is, well, our moon. A moon in the Sensorium, even if it's not an Earth-moon, would count because it's been created by the sensorium relying on the mental knowledge of the myths and legends and stories surrounding the moon from the person creating the image. A random moon outside the ship doesn't count because it isn't "the Moon", it's "a moon" -- even if it's a moon familiar to a person on the ship, there's a difference between seeing it objectively and stepping into a created world which contains the subjective interpretations.
If that made any sense.

Anyway, thumbs up. Excellent answer! Hope to see you on board.

Excellent, maybe. Answer for keeping him reasonably playable, without constant "oh no, Lupin's on another rampage!" posts, definitely. :)

Although after reading the threads above, it could be fun to see some of the reactions if Remus did happen to wander into that full-moonlit area...

Never!I do suppose that after facing the destruction of his own universe, having to deal with everyone getting infected may be a bit much.
