Hello Council-players (and Will)! I figure having a question for you all here on the OOC may be easier than trying to track you all down through email (if you use it) and IM (if we're on at the same time)!
There's long winded logic behind this, but it boils down to a simple question: in Esplin bringing himself to the Council and announcing who/what he is, what will the Council feasibly do? Mind, it's possible to learn exactly who he is should the right people be asked (Animorph cast). Will they follow prior standards? What timeframe on turnaround would they be offering? What safety measures? (Esplin would be asking about those.)
(Anyone interested in a write up of all information he came into contact with, let me know; I can get it to you, along with some discussion on ongoing options.)
