Tarrant will be running for Council, on the basis of:
* His governance of Merentha County on his homeworld of Erna, particularly the port town of Merentha
* Building the Jehanna region up from scratch
* Reopening the lines of communication between the Council and the crew
* Ideas for improvements to security and defense aboard the ship
* Promises to take a proactive role in keeping the crew informed of his actions
and so on.
