Wanda can use her powers if she has direct line of sight. So she can't do it through a camera or view screen but otherwise she can use them. She does better if she has some distance between her target but not too much.

Kerrigan will probably do a mix of well and badly since she'll work them pretty hard. I'm fine if she ends up being kicked off it goes toward badly. If that's too much change I can try harder to make it work.
