Mother Knows Best Update

For the Security folks and Engineer types that wanted in, Cole witnessed the Brainiac trap being sprung and posted about it here to give other people information.

They trapped group has been teleported to a secret lab deep within the ship. They'll escape Brainiac 4's clutches on their own but in the end, they'll need to be rescued from the lab itself, so it's a good place for Engineering and Security to work together on the side. I am, however, not going to really organize that part and let it just happen organically, so whoever wants to talk the lead, go crazy.

If it takes a while to finish out threading (at most, it will hopefully be wrapped before the end of the month) we'll just bendytime it all as happening in a short amount of time (i.e. their response and rescue would ICly have been really fast).

Between this and the Tournament arc, I'm sure Cole will be able to get involved quite a bit.

So can he play a role as one of the rescuers?

Actually, sure thing! Just make sure you coordinate with whatever Department players take up leading the rescue attempt. They'll probably be whoever tags your channelpost. (If you need any help knowing who to talk to, lemme know).

I've actually been wondering why Cole doesn't have a tag.

And I plan to have him involved in the Tournament Arc, to get him in action. So will he be able to do both.

The tags were actually full up until very recently. One of the mods consolidated some so we'd have room for more.

Oh and yes. We use a thing kind of called "bendytime" where multiple threads go on at once but we just pretend they chronologically happen at different times. Usually players just keep track of things themselves. I would say that Mother Knows Best probably happens before the tournament.
