As you can see, several of these are looking a little sparse, and Engineering can probably use some reworking with all of its subdivisions. You can use the subthreads to ask questions about each one, suggest ideas for CR, or express interest/sign up your character to join.

I'd also like to remind all the players with a Department Head, a Councilor, or the Captain, that the next Activity Check will require you to have one open post. Again, this policy does not go into effect until after the next Check, which will be over by July 1st. This means that from July 1st to about mid-August, you must have one open post up to pass AC. There will also be a watercooler and an IC meet and greet right after the Check, in June.

Security

Located at: The Precinct in the City. (The brig is there)

Duties: Maintaining the law on the ship, enforcing the rights granted ship crew in the Constitution, defusing conflicts, dealing with on-board intrusions and threats, patrolling the ship, guarding prisoners in the brig, a lot of the usual stuff cops do

Where duties crossover with other departments: Not a lot of crossover, though they work closely with Command and the Council

Requirements to Join, if any: Able-bodied, physically capable of restraining someone non-fatally, follows direction/orders well. Ages 16-18 (or a world's equivalent) can join if deemed responsible enough but must receive training/be partnered with an older partner. 18+ has no restrictions. Powers are useful, but non-powered individuals are also part of security, as responses are decided by threat levels.

Is this department/team publicly known? Yes.

I think Wasp would fit into with Security. She is kinda impulsive and impatient to be a sneaky spy even though her shrunken size is perfect for espionage. She will follow orders though.

Wasp might be small but she'll most likely talk someone to submission in most situations. XD

Her stings are non-lethal, they're just annoying. At most the stingers can knock people unconscious.

I think Chance would do well in Security. It's very similar to what he did on his world.
