Hi, everyone! This here is Old Lace, dinosaur companion to Gertrude Yorkes. She is a friendly dinosaur, a Deinonychus to be specific, and there's a couple things that make her different than your average dino. She has a psychic link to Gert, and that's their primary form of communication. With it, she will always know where Gert is, and if Gert is ever injured, Old Lace will also feel the pain. And proceed to attempt to rip the source of the injury to shreds. Cool? I thought so.

Any known Marvel superheroes will be generally treated with distrust, as an FYI. Especially anyone closely associated with Xavier's.

Her name comes from Arsenic and Old Lace, the movie/play/book. When the Runaways first escaped from their evil overlord parents, they took on codenames, since that's what all heroes did when they set out to destroy evil. And Gert picked Arsenic and Old Lace for the pair of them.
