HOLIDAY PLOT IS PROGRESSING

The PLOT OUTLINE has been updated with links to the new parts. Tag right in, folks.

Oh, and a reminder. Deadline for apps this month is:

12/31 - 8:59 pm US PST | 12/31 - 11:59 pm US EST | 1/1 - 4:59 AM GMT | 1/1 - 3:59 PM AUSSIE EST

If you miss this month's deadline, no worries, next month is a bonus "anyone apps" month.

Podpop will hopefully be on time for Jan 1, but we may have to push forward to Jan 2, depending on if we get helper mods up and running, and if we can process this month's deluge in time. XD

Also, the mods are currently organizing a helper mod system and our long-term growth plan. Watch this space! Info will likely go up tonight.

Email Changes

As of midnight EST tonight, after the apps close, the app email will be changed to:

All apps and app-related questions should be sent to that email address. We're doing this to allow helper mods access to the apps to help update lists occasionally without letting anyone other than the five mods have access to the mod email and passwords that the comm is set to. (Not that we don't trust you guys, but it's still good to play it safe).

Mod concerns, general questions, discipline things, plot questions, and really, anything else that isn't to do with apps, should still be sent to:

Contact List

All the lists and setting info that we can transfer is slowly being transferred to the wiki. Since we want to keep the Contacts List locked, however, we're transferring it one last time to be posted under the npc account accessible to the mods and the helper mods, so that helper mods can have access to updating it without having access to the mod journal.


Helper Mods

There will now be a pool of Helper Mods. We'll add a list of names and contact info to the sidebar. Helper Mods will be helping to organize and run plots and sections of plots, npc, and occasionally update lists. They have no powers to discipline anyone, speak for the whole mod team, or change or enforce any rules--they can only bump instances where that needs to be done up to the mods if they pop up during a plot.

When a helper mod volunteers to help run a plot or part of a plot, their contact info will be listed in the ooc, and questions should be directed to them if they're about that plot or section of the plot. If they can't answer a question, they'll bump it up to the mods.

Helper Mods, we've talked to all of you, but we outlined your duties a little more. Join puppetsonhooks, the locked mod-planning comm, if you haven't, with a game journal or your player journal (whichever you want).
