Hello everyone! I'm Liz and it's a pleasure to meet all of you! Shaun totally enabled me here, too.

I'm bringing in an OC of mine from the Beyblade universe. Her name is Hoshi Hikari and here's a bit of info regarding her:

• She thinks that spinning tops are totally awesome and rad.
• She's a captain to her own team named Holy Enoch.
• Her holy beast is Seraphiel, an angel who can transform into an eagle. He'll be her companion of sorts aboard the meatship.
• She has metal plates, rods and screws in her right arm from when a pillar fell on her during a match.
• And she will try to be your character's friend.

It turns out that demonic souls escaping to terrorize the innocent people of the ship are only one of our many worries! Besides that, the Ohm, the questionable motives of Stacy, and me somehow being allowed into the game, there's one more big problem on the horizon.

Starting soon, certain people (i.e. those who signed up for the plot) are going to find that every so often, a few words they speak are going to come out wrong, and by wrong I mean 'will produce a magical effect at random'. Characters signed up for this plot will be given a list of three spells that they'll be accidentally casting and a general guideline of how often the effects will occur. Whenever this effect occurs, a word to a sentence the character speaks will be translated not for the other person's benefit, but instead into odd words that make no sense and slip straight out of the mind. (Some exceptions will apply! I will note this if you get one that does.)

This is going to be a very 'event' style plot. You're really quite free to decide how often you want your effect to occur and how you want to play it out. You may go for comedy, horror, drama, or any mixture of anything you want. Rather than have a fixed timeline, my hope is that everyone will take this as a chance to explore character actions and reactions in the face of this strangeness. In other words: You're awesome players, so I hope you knock yourselves out.

One caveat: some of these effects have an effect that can force people into certain actions. Consent, of course, is paramount. Even if you permit your character to be magically impelled to certain actions, the duration is short-term only. No permanent or lasting changes or commands will ensue from this plot.

New players and characters are encouraged to join! There's plenty of room for all in here.
