We've just had a new private plot approved! And we're gonna need six victims err players for this.

And I do mean players in both senses of the word.

After a rest from the Liliath battle, a small group is called by Stacy to investigate a signal on a nearby planet. The team is welcomed to a luxurious castle by a dark caped man who tells them they have been selected by the great god Caerox to participate in a test of physical and mental prowess to determine of they are worthy to live. And as if things didn't seem bad enough, they soon realize that they've been stripped of all their magical and supernatural powers!

As the Keeper tells them they must work as a team to find all the keys, unlock the treasure chest and win both their freedom and their prize, can they survive dangerous rooms and be brave and smart enough to conquer the Castle of a Thousand Illusions?

Plot runner will be myself and Dragon who will help me NPC some of the characters.

Why would I want to join this plot?
You want new CR that also pushes your character's mental and physical limits. Considering everyone will be powered down, your characters will have to do feats that they might normally be able to breeze at at a much harder pace. New friendships can be formed in the hardest of situations!

And then there's the prize at the end, but that is a secret...but let's just say that what character you pick will change the prize's look at the end.

So what happens exactly?
A large castle filled with traps and dangerous rooms, each more terrible than the next will challenge your characters to survive and get to the next one. Acid traps, sword battles, riddles that require thinking skills. Teamwork will be encouraged. Find the seven keys to open the treasure room, then find the password that will open the treasure chest.

It won't be easy. If you sign up, you understand that your character runs the risk of being hurt up to the scale of 7 (Character is severely wounded with impeded movement-- walking and running are very difficult. A vital bone (leg, arm). Fortunately once they return home, they will be healed. It's just during the 'game' itself.

When is this going down?
September 2nd to 11th. Gametime wise, it will only last a day, so if your character is in other plots, they will be back for them.

The signups will be opened until the 29th, and then there will be a random name generator if more than 6 players are interested to keep things fair. We apologize if you sign up and don't end up getting picked. Thank you and we hope this catches your interest!

Since other people are doing it: This is another preemptive possible-hiatus due to the hurricane. The net and power go down at the drop of a hat around here whenever there's a bad storm and South Jersey is getting hit pretty damn hard, so there's a high likelihood of lost power or net. If I disappear, that's what's what.

Actually, is anyone else at risk of disappearing due to the hurricane? We might as well just all say so in one post.

Anyway, as of this post, Superman is now dead. Yes, I do see the irony of the timing and all. It's been a good year and a half in the making and while I wish I could have done more with him, I'm glad I did was much as I could with him!

But, with his death comes a return!

After the fighting is wrapped up, I'll be bringing back Lowe Guele (kitbashurgundam) for all of your building needs!

Now, I need some shut eye!
