Hi guys, it's Lisa, your fabulous mod and player for Eva, Howard and Punchy, and I'm bringing in a new character! It's Sabriel from Garth Nix's The Old Kingdom Trilogy, because apparently it is my destiny to play from every YA lit canon known to mankind. Just wait, Harry Potter and Hunger Games will be next...after Remnants.

Anyway, Sabriel is a brave young necromancer who just saved her kingdom from the rising Dead. She's largely been nerfed because 'undoes death' is kind of gamebreaky, but she can do things like restore or erase memories to your character or take you through a little stroll into death. If anyone's interested in doing any of these things with her, I'm happy to facilitate plots or your characters' development that way. And other than that she's just an otherwise swell gal, if a little guarded.

His name is R2-D2, and he's from this series called Star Wars. You've probably never heard of it. Specifically I'm taking him from about five years after the movies. He'll come out of the pods (I guess?!) very happy to not be stumbling around in a forest full of acid-vines, but less happy to learn that no one else he knows is here and that his whole universe is destroyed.

Hey meatshippers, Kitsu here (Ronnae, Splicer, Ahri) with a new character. Msyu, or Mashu is from the obscure series [C] The Money of Soul and Possibility Control. Other than having a rather long name, the series itself is weird in that it takes something common like economy and transforms it into a deep story filled with real world jabs at the economy. It's amazing and if you're curious should give it a shot!

Anyways, Mashu is an asset, she was 'born' to fight for her Entre in deals within Midas, the Financial District. All she knows involves the rules and deals of Midas, economical understanding and that's pretty much it, however, having had an odd Entre as her owner made her more and more curious about the world outside of Midas and can get excited over very simple things! That's not to say she isn't a fiery, stubborn and very straightforward girl with a bit of an attitude at times.

She is amazingly good with currency, in fact, she can make your economy boom, and her attacks get empowered indefinitely as long as there is a cash flow (Not that the crew of Stacy is particularly rich). But she also loves flying and her attacks are fire based.

Anyways, if you want to know more about her, her application is that'a way.

I'm eager to bring her on board and meet all the awesome people around here!

NICE TO MEETCHALL

Hey so I am finally FINALLY in a position to run "Mother Knows Best" plot and have the greenlight. To keep it from getting too big and unwieldy, however, I'm limiting it to CR-mates of Brainiac 5 and to a few people that had characters organically get involved in the plot as it went on that expressed interest.

That said, if people like Department Heads like Engineering or Security want some involvement so it's like the people who do get involved are saving the day as per their orders from department heads, I wanted to organize that here so it feels like the people who'd realistically be concerned with the situation are involved.

Plot will be run basically...this week. As soon as we organize it and set it up.

Reality conspires against me. First time I Pop a new character in forever and NorWesCon starts the day after.

John will be popping with Sherlock still (because absolutely no one wants a John-less Sherlock running around the ship), but I'll be vanishing Thursday afternoon and reappearing Sunday afternoon. So...semi-hiatus'd? Sortakinda?

This will affect John, Jeka, Paco, Jonas, and Ax.
