I'm so sorry, guys, but I'm going to be leaving this game. It's been common knowledge that I was going to leave in August, but since I'm going to be hiatusing for the month of May anyway I might as well get it out there now: once I've finished my current threads and the Devil Wouldn't Recognize You/Exploration/Sobek plots, I'm out.

Edit: And we will be finishing Survivalist. I will be doing some last threads and then leaving for good April 30th.

Please do not act until my characters have been repodded until my time at this game here is completed, as I may kill a few.

This game has brought me so much joy over the last year and a half, but in the last few months it's been stressful. I hoped that by stepping up as a mod, I could solve some of the problems that have been bothering me, but instead I just felt like I was sinking more and more energy into things that weren't getting better. I also have some mental health issues going on in RL, and staying up all night having a panic attack over RP flat-out is not healthy. I'm not going to be able to sustain this much investment over the game in law school anyway.

Mod applications are open. I will work one-on-one with whomever follows in my footsteps to make sure they have all the information and support they need.

I'll still be around for memes and museboxing. I just can't be in this game anymore. It's time to say goodbye.

This is Zoki on behalf of the plot mods. I know many of you are focusing on organizing the upcoming rebellion, but I just wanted to remind you that player plot submissions remain open! They can even be run during this time, though we'd like to ask that things be kept small for now---15 to 20 characters or less is fine. Basically, we'd like you to get rolling and have some fun here!

Now Le Resistance is still the main thing building up, so plotting for that is welcome (and encouraged) here too! There will be a thread for that down below. With that said, let's get rolling, with a reminder of the plot rules and procedures!

I've been thinking about leaving the game for a little while now, and though I originally planned to leave in Augustish, I think this is a case where sooner's better than later. I've been feeling a kind of disconnect for a while now, but it's reached the point where I think the cons of staying for me outweigh the pros.

Sorry to all the people I've been threading with as Edward for the past few days -- I've loved our tags. And especially sorry to Lisa for not being able to help run the plot I volunteered for.

Hello, T9! I'm Malathyne, and I'm here to bring the Courier to the ship. The Courier is the protagonist of Fallout: New Vegas, who is much like the Shepherd of Mass Effect in that the player picks his/her gender, name, designs what s/he looks like, and determines his/her personality. Don't worry; this Courier here is of good reputation and heart, even if she's still from fairly early in the plot.

Meet Elle! She was shot in the head and as a result suffers from retrograde amnesia, and as far as she's concerned, her life started the moment she woke up in the house of a doctor in an unimportant town. She's used to post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland, open spaces, and being able to talk her way in and out of almost everything... as well as shooting things in the face with a shotgun when she can't. She's good-natured and sweet, if naïve, but despite how emotional she is, she is very competent and very, very good at getting results. When she sets her mind to something, she will see it through to its conclusion... as proven when she chased the man who shot her across the wasteland.

Love the game but I just don't feel as if I can continue right now. Very sorry to our new Shepard since you'll no longer have Mordin, and I was looking forwards to hanging out with Miles, but the game isn't working for me any longer.
