Hey peeps, Saphie here, just tossing up a post for the planning of Evil Deeds plot, the introduction of the villainship. It's likely going to start around June 20th or so.

What we've decided to do for this plot is have the mods do the set up with a distress call from the GIA and the Tapestry supposedly kicking out who's supposed to go on the missions, and the rest is up to you guys. The villainship will be attacking some GIA member worlds, moons, and colonies in the same star system and the GIA will send out distress calls because of the nefarious nature of these particular villains and the fact they're getting slammed in a lot of places at once. Each villain player or npcer will come up with their own evil plot, since they're the ones that know their respective villains best, and so there will be several miniplots running concurrently. How many characters can participate in each miniplot is up to villain player--they can have as many characters in the plot as they think they can handle, be it three characters, or thirty.

This is a great plot to structure things so they suit your character well. For instance, if you have someone who isn't a fighter but is more the type to solve mysteries, you can grab a few people and temp the kind of villain that would leave puzzles for the crew members that they can solve to stop the crime (like the Riddler, for instance). If you want combat, you can temp a fighty villain. Heck, you can even have Godzilla stomping around a city, or have your characters head to a campground to fight Jason Voorhees. Any villain can be temped or played here by anyone.

If there isn't a canon villain that you know how to play well that suits your needs, you can make up an OC one as well.

So this post is a plotting post for folks that have a villain they want to do a mini-plot with or have ideas for a mini-plot and want to gauge interest (like if you want to have characters fight the gremlins from gremlins and want to see if others would be willing to join in and help npc them). You're allowed to go really big with this and have the villains be very destructive as this is their grand entrance and they'd want to put on a show.

So right, it's that person Kitsu wanting to say that I'm upgrading my hiatus into a slowatus as I've gotten a bit better and think that I might be able to get back into things slowly.

I'm also sorry to say that I'll be dropping Mashu as I don't think I've fit in that well and it's not working out how I would have hoped so.

I think it’s probably time to get this into gear, but I’ll be dropping Eleventh Doctor and John Crichton pretty soon. Crichton’s dropped as of right now, but I’ll be holding onto Eleven until I can get his last threads done with villainship’s plot. He’ll be killed during then and once he is, I’ll be dropping from the game. That said, I’ll still be around to finish up backthreads involved in that. :3 And he'll be basically threading up until he goes out.

I’ve had a good run with some downright great CR in Trans 9 and I met a lot of cool folks in the process. T9 was the place where I became more comfortable with playing Eleven. I’m always up for museboxing or shooting the breeze on plurk at timefreeze. Take care everyone, and thanks!

Plot Name: Candy Mountain, Charlie!

Date: July 15th-29th (may end up going later if more people sign up)

Synopsis: The crew receives a distress call from Candy Mountain. Candy Mountain will explode unless they receive help! In return the crew will be rewarded with delicious candy. Once there, the crew is guided by two friendly unicorns (or are they?). Will the crew be able to keep their kidneys? Will they reach Candy Mountain in time? And oh snap, what is that magical leopleurodon doing there?

Plot Runner: Me/Anna but I would like some help running this if anyone is interested. If a lot of people sign up then I will need more plot runners.

Sign ups are open to everyone with no number limit. The only limit is one character per player, please. Also, there will be another post as it gets closer to July 15th in case you're not sure if you can be in the plot at the moment.

Part of the fun with Candy Mountain is the goofier characters can go but also the serious ones, who will be looking around going “wtf is this?” It doesn’t matter if the character you’d like to play in it wouldn’t volunteer, Stacy will sign them up on this mission anyway and they’ll have to go.
